SET OF 3 RESISTANCE BANDS FOR EXERCISE

The set includes 3 elastic bands of different elasticity, which we can adjust to our own needs.

They are made of elastic material, with silicone bands on the inside to keep the waist belt in place. The bands are an excellent tool for strengthening/activating the glutes and hips and for a dynamic warm-up!
