ADATA's SSD is based on 3D NAND Flash technology, which provides higher density, efficiency and reliability than traditional 2D NAND. It incorporates intelligent SLC caching and DRAM buffering to further enhance read and write speeds. The latter is 560 MB/s for reads and 520 MB/s for writes to disk. The capacity of the SSD is 1 TB.
With a height of only 7 mm, this drive is suitable for installation in laptops.
