Bank transfers (PDF Invoice) - When you make your purchase, specify this option and our managers will send you an invoice which you can pay via online banking within 3 days;

Inernetbanka - online payment. At the moment you can pay with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and Citadele.

Cashpayment in store on the spot upon receipt of goods (credit cards are not accepted) -
    1) You can pay for the goods on the spot in cash at our shop Brīvības gatve 224b, Riga.
    2) If the item is not available in the store and you wish to order it and pay in cash:
  • It is possible to order without advance payment and pay for the item at the store upon collection.
  • Over 25 Euro - 100% advance payment.

DELIVERY TIMES

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER ON TIME. HOWEVER, IF THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE IS DELAYED (OR THE ORDER CANNOT BE FULFILLED), WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.

RETURN OF GOODS

  1. Private customers have the right to return goods to Silver Trsut SIA (Oppinga.lv) within 14 days of receipt of the goods by filling in Return form. Depending on the situation, the customer is entitled to a refund, replacement and/or compensation as appropriate. Regulation No 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia of 20.05.2014 "Regulations on Distance Contract" states that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and return the goods purchased in the online shop back to the seller.
  2. Business customers have the right to return the goods within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund if Oppinga has failed to deliver the order properly - the goods delivered do not match the goods ordered in terms of quantity, quality or range.
  3. When returning goods, the customer must note that the goods must not be damaged, used or substantially altered in appearance.
  4. The customer must return the purchased goods to Omniva SIA. Depending on the size and weight of the goods to be returned, please choose the appropriate return method:
    • Return the goods by courier to Silver Trsut SIA (Oppinga.lv), Brīvības gatve 224b, Rīga, LV-1039, Latvia;
    • To return the goods via parcel office - go to mana.omniva.lv, check the parcel, specify the recipient as Oppinga SIA, e-mail: info[аt]oppinga.com, phone number: +371 27728993, destination - Riga, Brīvības gatve 201, Riga Elkor Plaza omniva parcel office.
  5. If the returned goods meet the above requirements, Omniva SIA will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by Silver Trsut SIA.
  6. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is that the returned goods do not correspond to the order.


WARRANTY
The Oppinga.lv online shop provides a 24-month guarantee for all goods sold to consumers.
To claim the warranty, you must have a document proving the transaction. The right of claim is valid if the product was used only under the intended conditions and only in the household.
Please note that the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to purchases made by legal persons.
