Product Returns

1. Physical entity customers can return products to Silver Trust SIA (Oppinga.lv) within a time period of 14 days starting from receiving the product by completing the Return Formand. Depending on the particular circumstances, the customer may have the right to a financial refund, product swap and/or compensation appropriate for the situation. 20.05.2014 Republic of Latvia Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” foresees that for 14 calendar days the customer can withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason and return the product purchased in the internet store to the seller.
   
2. Legal entity customers can return products to Silver Trust SIA within a time period of 7 days starting from receiving the product and receive a refund of the cost of the order if Oppinga has not properly delivered the order – the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality or assortment.
   
3. When returning the product, customers must remember that the product can’t be damaged or used, and its appearance cannot be significantly changed.
   
4. The customer must return the purchased goods to Silver Trust SIA. Depending on the size and weight of the item to be returned, please choose the appropriate return method:
   
• Return the goods by courier to: Silver Trust SIA (oppinga.lv), Brivibas gatve 71A, Riga, LV-1039, Latvija.
• To return an item via parcel machine – go to mana.omniva.lv, check the parcel, specify the recipient as Silver Trust SIA, E-mail: info[а]oppinga.com, phone number: +371 27728993, destination – Riga, Brivibas gatve 201, Rigas Elkor Plaza parcel machine.
5. If the returned goods meet the above requirements, Silver Trust SIA shall issue a refund no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by Silver Trust SIA.
   
6. Costs of product returns are covered by the customer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match the ordered product.
