The operation of a vacuum sealer is very simple. Its primary function is to draw in the air inside the foil bag and thereby vacuum seal the food. Packaging food in this way prolongs its life and shelf life. Most fresh vegetables can be stored for around 5 days in the fridge, vacuum-packed food can last up to 20 days. The same applies to meat. Normally, they can be stored for a maximum of 2-3 days. When packed in vacuum bags, they will still be fresh for 9 days. In the freezer, hermetically sealed meat can lie for up to two years. Another advantage of the vacuum sealer and this form of meat storage is its taste. The spices on the meat that we pack in vacuum bags will penetrate the meat much better. And therefore the flavour will be better and more pronounced.

DEVICE PREPARATION:Charge the device with the added USB cable. Disconnect the cable before starting work. The welding machine is battery powered.
Make sure the device is clean, dry and ready to use.
Prepare the vacuum bag, making sure its opening is clean and dry.
SEALING UNIT OPERATING PRINCIPLESAutomatic extraction and sealing:
- Insert the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber so that it fits snugly against the heating strip.
- Close the lid by pressing down with both hands until you hear a click.
- Press the "Vacuum" button. The machine will automatically extract the air and seal the bag.
- Wait until the indicator finishes, then open the lid and remove the bag.
"Fluffy" mode (for delicate products):
- Insert the bag into the vacuum chamber and close the lid.
- Press the "Fluffy" button - the indicator light will start flashing.
- Press "Start/Stop" to start the gentle extraction.
- The unit will finish automatically and then seal the bag.
Manual control of air extraction (Click):
- Insert the bag into the vacuum chamber and close the lid.
- Press and hold the "Click" button - air extraction will only continue while pressing.
- Release the button to end the extraction process.
- Press "Seal" to seal the bag.
S ealing without air extraction:
- Place the bag on the heating strip.
- Close the lid and press the "Seal" button.
- When sealing is complete, open the lid and remove the bag.
