HOW TO USE:- Before measuring, relax and calm down
- Put the arm band on your arm with the palm upwards, parallel to your heart
- Keep the outlet tube parallel with the artery
- Wrap the band tightly around the arm, fasten with Velcro
- Leave room for one finger thickness
- Hold the band parallel to your hand
- Press the on/off button, relax and start the measurement
- The result will be displayed after 40 seconds
