Instruction:
1. Bend the metal plate in the center of the heart
2. In a few seconds the interior will crystallize, reaching approximately 50-60 degrees
3. After cooling down, boil the heart in hot water for about 5-10 minutes to turn it into a gel again and let it cool down before using the warmer again (bending the plate again).
